This Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote the following products:

• Foundation Lab

• Accelerated Launch Pack

• Affiliate Lab

• Content Creation Lab

• Digital Product Lab

• Digital Success System (bundle)

• Launch Lab

• Future digital products and programs (unless explicitly excluded)

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their tracked Systeme.io affiliate links.

If a customer enrolls in any program using a payment plan where available:

• Affiliates earn the applicable commission percentage on each payment as it clears.

• If a payment is declined, reversed, or refunded, no commission is earned on that payment.

• Affiliates will NOT be paid upfront for the total amount of the payment plan.

• Commissions are released ONLY on successful, completed payments.

This protects the program from fraud and defaulted payment plans.

Affiliate commissions are:

• Tracked inside Systeme.io

• Invoiced monthly on the 10th of each month

• Paid manually via PayPal or Wise on the 15th of each month

• Released only after the payout delay period

Official Payout Delay: 30 Days

All commissions are locked for 30 days after the original transaction to allow for refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, and fraud checks. Affiliates will receive payment for all cleared, non-refunded commissions once the 30-day delay has passed.

If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback:

• The affiliate commission for that sale is void

• If the refund occurs after some payments have cleared, only previously cleared payments remain eligible

• No commission is ever paid on refunded, canceled, reversed, or disputed transactions

No exceptions.

Systeme.io uses lifetime cookie tracking with last-click attribution. This means:

• The most recent affiliate link clicked earns the commission.

• Cookies do not expire.

• Affiliates cannot override or dispute last-click tracking.

• All attribution decisions made by Systeme.io are final.

• Manual changes will not be made under any circumstance.

To protect the integrity of the brand, affiliates must comply with strict marketing rules.

The following behaviors are NOT ALLOWED:

❌ Income claims
(e.g., “I made $10K in a month with this program!” without context)

❌ Misrepresenting your results, experience, or the program

❌ Using my name, brand, or product names in paid ads
(e.g., “Building You Online,” “Digital Success System,” “Launch Lab”)

❌ Posting affiliate links inside any of my communities or groups

❌ Spamming, mass DMing, or cold DMs

❌ Pretending to be the brand or speaking on my behalf

❌ Using screenshots of Stripe/PayPal accounts

❌ Unapproved bonuses that misrepresent the offer

❌ Any advertising that violates FTC guidelines

Affiliates who violate these rules will be immediately removed without payout.

Affiliates ARE allowed to promote using:

✔ Organic content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
✔ Storytelling & honest marketing
✔ Email marketing
✔ Blog posts
✔ Website content
✔ Their own funnels (as long as they do not misrepresent the offer)
✔ Paid ads to THEIR OWN funnel (NOT my funnel)

All promotions must include proper FTC disclosures.

Affiliates MUST disclose their affiliate status in every place they share a link.

Acceptable disclosures include:

• “#ad”

• “I may earn a commission from this link.”

• “This is an affiliate link and I may receive a commission.”

Failure to disclose appropriately will result in removal from the program.

The company (Building You Online / my Digital Success Lab / Kellee Roberts, LLC) reserves the right to remove any affiliate at any time, decline commission payouts, or permanently ban an affiliate if they violate:

• Any Terms & Conditions

• Ethical marketing standards

• FTC requirements

• Brand protection rules

• The law

• Systeme.io's terms

The safety of the brand and its customers comes first.

Affiliate commission tracking is handled automatically through Systeme.io.

Decisions are final.

We do not:

• Manually assign commissions

• Override tracking

• Split commissions between affiliates

• Reassign sales

• Honor “verbal claims” or screenshots

Only the system’s tracked data will be used.

We may update, modify, or discontinue this affiliate program or these terms at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of major updates.

Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of future changes.

Nothing in this program guarantees earnings, results, performance, sales, or business growth. Affiliates are responsible for their own compliance with FTC requirements, advertising laws, and platform terms of service.

Affiliates agree to hold harmless Building You Online, my Digital Success Lab, Kellee Roberts, LLC, and all associated companies and contractors from any claims, violations, or disputes arising from their promotional practices.

By applying to become an affiliate, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these terms

• You agree to all policies

• You understand the commission structure

• You understand that violations result in termination

• You will promote ethically and honestly

• You are legally able to act as an affiliate

• You agree to all current and future modifications of the Terms

If you do not agree, you may not participate in this affiliate program.
