This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Company's Affiliate Program. By participating, Affiliate agrees to promote the my Digital Success Lab in exchange for commission payments as outlined below.

• Affiliate must meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Company.
  
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

• Affiliate will earn a 75% commission on each sale of a my Digital Success Lab course attributed to their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions will only be paid on sales that are successfully completed and not refunded.

• Payments will be made weekly via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $30.

• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Affiliate shall market and promote my Digital Success Lab in an ethical and professional manner.

• Affiliate agrees not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to: - Making false or misleading claims about the product. - Spamming or unsolicited messaging. - Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Affiliate must comply with FTC guidelines, including proper disclosures of affiliate relationships.

• Affiliates are permitted to use approved marketing methods, including social media, email marketing, and personal websites.
  
• The use of Company-provided promotional materials is encouraged.
  
• Affiliates may not engage in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on Company-branded keywords or engage in activities that harm the Company's reputation.

• The Company grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting my Digital Success Lab.

• Affiliate may not alter or modify any branding materials without prior written approval from the Company.

• This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

• Upon termination, Affiliate must cease all promotion of the Affiliate Accelerator course and remove any references to the Company from their marketing channels.

• Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Company, including but not limited to commission rates, promotional strategies, and customer data.

• Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Affiliate's actions or omissions.
  
• The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising under this Agreement.

• Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kansas.

• The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
  
• The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to Affiliates.
  
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kansas.

By applying to and participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
