Thank you for choosing Building You Online and my Digital Success Lab. My goal is to provide high-quality digital education, done-for-you systems, and coaching experiences that help you build a successful online business. Because of the nature of digital products and coaching services, the following policies apply to all purchases.
1. Digital Products (Challenges, Templates, Labs, Planners, Prompts, DFY Funnels & Emails)
All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned.
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
However, I stand behind the quality of every product I create.

2. Digital Success System (Bundle & Unlimited Add-On)
The Digital Success System provides immediate access to multiple digital courses, tools, templates, and resources. Because all components are digitally delivered and downloadable:
All sales of the Digital Success System and the Unlimited Upgrade are final and non-refundable.
If you need help implementing the lessons or navigating the materials, support is available. Please reach out and my team will assist you in creating a clear implementation plan.
3. DFY Funnel & Email Package
Due to instant access to funnel templates, email campaigns, and downloadable files:
The DFY Funnel + Email Package is non-refundable.
If you need help importing or connecting the materials inside your platform, we’re here to support you.
4. Launch Lab (90-Day Coaching Program)
Launch Lab is a high-touch coaching program with live calls, personalized support, accountability, and instant access to all program materials.
Because Launch Lab is a service-based coaching experience:
No refunds are provided for Launch Lab under any circumstances.
However, Launch Lab is backed by the
“It Works or We Work Guarantee.”
This means:
– If you show up for the calls, complete the assignments, and communicate when you’re stuck…
– I will continue working with you, adjusting your strategy, and supporting you until you complete the program milestones.
This is not a “buy it and hope” program — it’s a done-with-you experience where I support you every step of the way.
5. Failed Charges, Duplicate Payments, or Technical Billing Errors
If your payment is accidentally duplicated, fails incorrectly, or processes in error, we will correct the issue immediately.
Please email support@buildingyouonline.com with your name, order number, and a brief summary of the issue.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product or coaching program violates this Refund Policy.
If this occurs, your access to all products and communities may be revoked.
If you have a concern, please email support first — we are always willing to help resolve any issues.
